The role demands executive presence, proactive risk mitigation, and the ability to influence decisions across the organization while navigating ambiguity and delivering timely, accurate payroll results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; payroll compliance and regulatory knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of payroll experience with tax, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience communicating complex payroll/tax matters to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Lead research, interpretation, and application of US and Canada payroll tax regulations.
• Drive automation and data strategy to improve payroll compliance and reporting.
• Represent Payroll in executive discussions and cross-functional groups.
• Establish payroll tax controls and address compliance gaps with risk-based thinking.
• Act as an informal leader, coaching associates and driving alignment across stakeholders.
