Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Payroll Case Manager to act as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and investigations. You will analyze payroll data, identify root-cause issues, and coordinate corrective actions across HR, Finance and IT systems.

Responsibilities include end-to-end case lifecycle management, maintaining audit-compliant records, and producing regular metrics. You will partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements and provide Tier 1 training on best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in payroll processing or case management.
• At least 1 year handling Tier 2 or high-level payroll issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for complex payroll inquiries and investigations.
• Analyze payroll data to identify root-cause issues and coordinate corrective actions across HR, Finance and IT systems.
• Manage end-to-end case lifecycle: intake, documentation, investigation, resolution and closure.
• Maintain accurate case records ensuring audit and regulatory compliance.
• Produce metrics and reports (case volume, SLA compliance, root-cause trends).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop process improvements and preventative controls.
• Provide training to Tier 1 staff on recurring issues and best-practice resolutions.
