Job summary

Simon-Kucher–North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll, benefits, and total rewards across the United States and Canada. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll, robust controls, and excellent employee experience.

This position can be based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York, or San Francisco, with a requirement of at least two in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years leading payroll & benefits across US and Canada.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of payroll administration, including gross-to-net processing, payroll taxes, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of US/Canada payroll laws, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• CPP certification preferred.
