Simon-Kucher seeks a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead US/Canada payroll, benefits, and total rewards. You will partner across HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership to ensure compliant, efficient operations and a superior employee experience, with offices in multiple cities and a two-day weekly in-office requirement.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in multi-state payroll/benefits, 2+ years of leadership, and strong analytics to drive improvements in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in payroll/benefits across multi-state US and Canada.
• 2+ years of people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations.
• Experience with vendor management and global mobility.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Leadership & Compliance: lead US/Canada payroll operations and ensure accuracy.
• Benefits & Total Rewards Administration: manage benefit programs and enrollments.
• Strategic Benefits & Total Rewards Leadership: develop NA strategies and benchmark.
• Financial Management & Analytics: manage budgets, forecasting, reporting.
• Global Mobility & International Support: oversee cross-border payroll and LATAM.
• Team Leadership: coach Senior Payroll & Benefits Coordinator and drive excellence.
