The role requires strong attention to detail, ADP Workforce Now experience, and proficient MS Office skills. You will work with senior leadership and HR/Finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience with compliance and benefits.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office suite.
• Understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and reconcile final payroll before distribution.
• Maintain HRIS data and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle bi-weekly payroll transactions including deductions and tax entries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, auditors, and service providers.
• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
• Produce reports like Headcount, PTO, and attendance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
