Job summary

LG Electronics is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst for a six-month onsite assignment at 111 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ. You will manage multi-state payroll processing for salaried and hourly staff.

You will own complex payroll transactions, resolve issues, ensure tax compliance, perform reconciliations, and support near-term month-end and year-end closes with decisive analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of US payroll experience in high-volume, multi-state environments.
• Experience with complex adjustments, reversals, and prior-period corrections.
• Hands-on payroll tax, 401(k), and reconciliations experience.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state US payroll for salaried and hourly staff.
• Own complex payroll activities including reversals and off-cycle payrolls.
• Lead payroll tax compliance, W-2s, and audits.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and vendors for issue resolution.
• Develop automation and improve payroll processes.
