LVMH Inc. in North America seeks a Payroll Manager to lead Canadian payroll and tax operations for eight companies, serving roughly 800 employees across Canada.

You will strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and partner with brand HR and senior leaders on governance, systems, and compliance to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years of payroll leadership experience, CPM/PCP certification, and advanced ADP Workforce Now and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Over 5-7 years of payroll leadership in a high-volume, multi-province environment.
• Experience managing exempt, non-exempt, expatriates, executives, and incentive programs.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end leadership for Canadian payroll operations for eight companies.
• Establish internal controls and governance standards to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Monitor changes to Canadian payroll laws and advise management on implementation and education.
• Head all Canada-related projects with system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with brand HR teams on payroll-related items, including compliance and reporting.
• Oversee tax function, ADP Canada service, and related audit and risk management.
