Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead daily payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for a large, multi-state workforce. This role partners with HR, Finance and Benefits to manage payroll processing, reporting, and audits.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of payroll experience and deep knowledge of ADP and UKG systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent payroll experience.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll operations for weekly and bi-weekly cycles.
• Process multi-state payroll for 2,400+ employees and reconcile totals.
• Manage payroll workflow, approvals, off-cycle payrolls and corrections.
• Provide payroll reporting and assist with tax filings and year-end processes.
• Ensure SOX controls and audits compliance.
