Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to research, analyze, evaluate and administer complex payroll audits, policies, and programs for all payroll components. The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience in a large corporate payroll environment.

Candidates will reconcile files, interpret plan documents, ensure compliance, and manage workload effectively. Minimum experience: five years; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR/payroll experience preferred.

Qualifications
