Job summary

DoorDash’s North America Payroll Team seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst who can own end-to-end US payroll cycles, partner with HRIS, Equity, Accounting, Tax, and vendors, and scale payroll processes beyond the basics.

You will work with ADP EV6 for US, ADP WFN for Canada, leverage Workday HCM, and drive SOX compliance, audits, and year-end filings while shaping the roadmap for a tech-forward payroll function.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive, hands-on experience processing complex, multi-state US payroll.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with modern payroll and HCM platforms (ADP, Workday HCM, UKG or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of recurring US payroll cycles, with audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity payroll initiatives; partner with HRIS, Equity, Accounting, Tax, and vendors.
• Act as a process owner, diagnosing issues and translating needs into scalable payroll improvements.
• Support equity-to-payroll workflows, RSU vesting, mobility, and cross-functional reconciliation.
• Serve as SME for ADP EV6 (US) and ADP WFN (Canada) and Workday HCM.
