Job summary

NOVA Parks seeks a Payroll Accounting Manager to lead the complete in-house payroll function for ~150 employees across multiple park locations. The role covers payroll processing, payroll accounting, tax reporting, reconciliations, and year-end activities using Microsoft Dynamics GP and UKG Timekeeping data.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and confidentiality skills, and will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and external agencies to ensure

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible payroll experience, including complete payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete in-house bi-weekly payroll processing for all employee types.
• Prepare and post bi-weekly payroll journal entries to the general ledger.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local payroll tax returns.
• Coordinate payroll interfaces between UKG Timekeeping and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
