Job summary

Eqvilentjobs is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage payroll across multiple jurisdictions and entities. You will oversee reconciliations, coordinate with external providers, and ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery while maintaining strict controls.

The role requires 6+ years of accounting with payroll exposure, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English. Familiarity with payroll software and ERP systems is a plus; remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience with payroll exposure.
• Understanding of payroll accounting, accruals and controls.
• Experience with external payroll providers and EORs.
• General knowledge of payroll tax and compliance.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
