This role sits in the Financial Services Payments Practice, serving US/Canada clients with a focus on consumer and commercial payments transformations.

The position requires deep payments knowledge across card, retail, electronic, and treasury domains, and the ability to design operating models, processes, and system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more payment domains.
• 5+ years’ experience with consulting project delivery including managing or creating project deliverables, and managing projects within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop world-class business and technology solutions for Consumer and Commercial Payments clients.
• Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
• Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. Card platforms, Pricing & Profitability and Workflow solutions.
• Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design for Payments systems implementations.
• Serve as a business architect during client engagements.
• Participate in development of best-in-class, reusable assets.
• Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Mon–Thu)
