Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Payments Consultant to design and deliver strategic solutions for consumer and commercial payments across multiple platforms in the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on compliance, risk mitigation, and revenue growth opportunities within the Financial Services Payments Practice.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payments with consulting project delivery experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more payment domains.
• Experience in consulting project delivery including managing or creating project deliverables.
• Ability to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Develop world-class business and technology solutions for Consumer and Commercial Payments clients.
• Conduct operating model assessments and client needs assessments.
• Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms.
• Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design for Payments systems.
• Serve as a business architect during client engagements.
• Develop reusable assets and participate in business development to originate new opportunities.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Mon-Thu).
