Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks a skilled professional to lead risk and control activities within the Payment Services Department. You will research, develop, and implement coordinated controls, monitor procedures for regulatory compliance, and drive reporting to leadership.

The role requires five years in financial services, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with Excel, Visio, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years in member service, payment operations or comparable financial services experience.
• Experience creating and executing test scripts and communicating defects to management.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement a coordinated risk/control program for Payment Services.
• Perform control testing and monitoring of department procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, update, and maintain reporting on key performance indicators for management.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and collaboration.
