Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant and SME supporting client implementations and strategic initiatives across Visa's payment ecosystem.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and optimize payment solutions that align with client and business objectives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, implementation planning, and post-launch optimization.
• Support complex integrations involving APIs, tokenization, authentication, and transaction processing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting performance, customer experience, and stability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tech recommendations for stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on integration strategies, monitoring, and incident management processes.
• Utilize Agile delivery methodologies to support strategic programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and emerging tech.
