Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, or related technical discipline.
• Experience delivering technical consulting, systems integration, solution engineering, implementation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant and SME supporting client implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and optimize payment solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and implementation planning.
• Support complex integrations involving APIs, tokenization, authentication, and transaction processing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting performance, reliability, and customer experience.
