Job summary

Gravity Payments is seeking a seasoned risk professional to strengthen our risk foundation while partnering with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on credit and fraud risk analysis, process improvements, and coaching others, with direct engagement with clients and internal staff.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in payment risk, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to own risk decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment risk and fraud analysis.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC/KYB and PCI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to drive risk strategy and implement risk controls.
• Perform risk reviews and deep credit/fraud analysis on merchant activity.
• Coach teams and collaborate with internal/external partners to reduce losses.
• Manage portfolio risk parameters to balance customer experience and Gravity risk.
