Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, client-facing payment implementations with Tier-1 financial partners. You will bridge technical and executive stakeholders, guiding end-to-end delivery from scoping through go-live and platform cutover, leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve governance and outcomes.

You will manage cross-functional teams, define plans, track risks, and report to executives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in project management and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder comms.
• Proven client-facing experience with business and tech leaders.
• Payments/fintech/domain knowledge and card networks familiarity.
• PM/CapM certification (PMP/CAPM) or comparable.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and governance.
