Job summary

PNC is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Management Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Commercial & Institutional Banking Payments organization. Based in Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA, you will drive large-scale programs that modernize payment platforms and propel client experiences.

You will partner with business, technology, operations, risk, and vendor teams to deliver initiatives that advance payment capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale programs within financial services/payments.
Strong collaboration across technology, operations, product and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs for C&I B Payments.
Partner with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance and vendors to deliver initiatives.
Drive payment modernization, platform transformation, and digital enablement.
Develop program roadmaps, governance, risk plans, and performance metrics.
Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
