Job summary

Moneycorp is expanding its Payments product leadership in Stamford, CT, driving strategy, proposition development, and commercial performance for US-based payment capabilities including Fedwire, ACH, and cross-border payments. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant client solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in product management within transaction banking or fintech.
• Experience delivering payment solutions for corporate clients and B2B use cases.
• Knowledge of ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT and ISO 20022.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the Payments Product Roadmap, aligning priorities with business strategy, client needs and platform objectives.
• Balance commercial outcomes, client value, operational capability, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients and prospects to understand payment requirements and opportunities.
• Define and evolve payment propositions across Corporate, Financial Institution, FinTech and Private client segments.
• Support client opportunities, RFPs and stakeholder discussions.
• Maintain clear internal and client-facing product documentation and materials.
• Define, prioritise and deliver enhancements to payment products and client experiences.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and assess risks, dependencies and implementation considerations.
• Ensure readiness for new product launches and major changes.
• Drive adoption, training and communication activities, and monitor performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Technology and Risk to deliver solutions.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, and payment volumes; develop business cases for growth.
• Maintain expertise across domestic and cross-border payments and regulatory developments.
• Identify opportunities to extend payment capabilities across new products and geographies.
• Ensure products operate in line with regulatory and risk requirements.
