Job summary

You will deliver month-end close, analyze P&L and balance sheet, and collaborate with Kinexys teams to align deliverables and maintain strong controls. This role offers growth through building Kinexys product knowledge, strengthening governance, and supporting forecasting, audits, and process improvements across Product Control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Control or related finance roles.
• Strong governance mindset and risk awareness.
• Analytical skills with ability to translate movements into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Capable of delivering under tight close timelines and changing priorities.
• Preferred CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end close.
• Prepare and analyze P&L and balance sheet with commentary.
• Investigate variances with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain a strong control environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform reconciliations and evidencing with supporting docs.
• Collaborate with Kinexys business, Payments F&BM, Technology and Finance.
• Support new business initiatives and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to forecasting and variance explanations.
• Support audits, regulatory changes and process improvements.
