Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Developer Platform. You will define strategy and drive the roadmap for payment APIs, SDKs, and developer experiences, partnering with engineering and documentation teams to ensure a coherent, usable platform across APIs and tools.

You’ll work with developers, ISVs, and solution architects to reduce friction, improve onboarding, and accelerate integration readiness while aligning with product goals and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in product management in fintech, SaaS platforms or developer-facing products.
• Experience building or managing API driven platforms or developer ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and data driven decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, SDKs, and event driven systems.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and roadmap for payment APIs and developer tools.
• Improve the end-to-end developer journey—from discovery to integration.
• Set direction for platform capabilities, including API design, SDKs, and documentation.
• Drive platform consistency across products, APIs, and integration practices.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, architecture, UX, and docs.
• Gather customer and developer feedback to validate priorities.
• Ensure integration readiness with accurate specifications, examples, and guides.
• Measure outcomes like time-to-first API call and developer adoption.
• Communicate roadmap decisions and launch readiness to stakeholders.
