Linktree is seeking a talented Software Engineer with deep expertise in payment platforms to optimize efficiency, security, and performance across our payments stack.

You will own payment platform optimization, improve recurring payment performance, reduce latency, integrate third‑party providers, strengthen security, monitor systems, and develop payment APIs, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on payment platforms and optimization.
• Understanding of payment processing workflows, PCI DSS, and security standards.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations, APIs, and data modeling for payments.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize payment platforms for efficiency, security, and performance.
• Improve recurring payment performance and reliability across subscription lifecycles.
• Reduce latency in payment processing and monitor system performance.
