Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Associate, Payment Operations to support insurance-based billing expansion. You will manage claim denials and appeals, fix real-time eligibility errors, and collaborate with RCM, Member Support, and Finance to keep payments flowing.

The role offers stock options and benefits. Base salary ranges from $98,000 to $115,000 per year, with US work authorization required. Maven embraces a flexible hybrid model with NYC focus and quarterly in-person days in select cities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in benefits management, RCM, or insurance claims.
• Ability to build SOPs and stand up processes for a new business line.
• Experience partnering with support, finance, or product teams to resolve gaps.
• Strong data synthesis and reporting for leadership audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop, document, and refine SOPs for claims processing.
• Review and process complex claims with high first-pass rate.
• Identify denials and underpayments and address root causes.
• Coordinate cross-functional billing issues between RCM, Member Support, and Finance.
• Prepare recurring reporting on claims volume, SLA performance, and denial trends.
• Escalate systemic issues and resolve claim-specific process issues.
