Maven Clinic is seeking a Billing Specialist Associate to join the Payment Operations team. You will focus on in-depth investigation and resolution of complex payment and billing cases, ensuring smooth reimbursement processing for members and resolving discrepancies.

You will report to the Manager of Payments and work with internal teams to finalize cases. This hybrid role requires 3–6 years in medical billing and strong analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–6 years in medical billing, health benefits, or payment escalation management.
• Understanding of medical billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve escalated billing cases and discrepancies.
• Serve as the expert on billing and cost-share determinations; execute backend actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Member Benefits, Adjudication, and Payment Operations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation on every case.
