Qualifications

• 5+ years in payment operations or healthcare/financial services.
• Translate operational pain points into clear product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Lead root cause investigations and de-escalation.
• Collaborate across Finance, Product, Engineering, Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all payment processing to meet SLAs.
• Triage and resolve payment exceptions.
• Perform daily/monthly reconciliation of payment accounts.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA, HIPAA, and internal controls.
• Investigate discrepancies across payment gateways and ledgers.
• Prepare operational reports on volumes and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to improve platform reliability.
• Coordinate with Finance, Engineering, Compliance on issues.
• Maintain SOPs and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with audit support by providing documentation.
