Peckham Industries, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent in Palmer, MA to lead and oversee private, municipal, and DOT resurfacing and paving projects.

You will manage field operations, supervise crews, and coordinate materials and equipment to deliver high-quality work on time and safely. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy highway/asphalt paving, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction experience; Superintendent experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in heavy highway and/or asphalt paving operations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute private, municipal, and DOT resurfacing and related paving projects.
• Oversee field operations, supervise crews, coordinate materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain schedules, promote a zero-incident safety culture and resolve constraints to meet production goals.
• Protect project profitability by monitoring costs and productivity.
