Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with superintendent experience preferred.
• Proven heavy highway or asphalt paving operations experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and project documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Understanding of job costing, scheduling, and project metrics.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Viewpoint or XBE is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute private, municipal, and DOT resurfacing and paving projects.
• Oversee field operations and supervise crews to meet schedules.
• Coordinate materials and equipment and liaise with customers and managers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Maintain project visibility with daily reports and documentation.
• Monitor costs and drive operational efficiency and profitability.
