The Heritage Group is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer, Pavement Research in Indianapolis, IN. You will design and optimize pavement materials and processes, analyze experimental data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in pavement engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering or Materials Science or related field.
• High school diploma is required.
• Preferred minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in asphalt construction or related area.
• Experience in asphalt paving and/or asphalt mixtures is required.

Responsabilités

• Design and conduct pavement experiments using the scientific method.
• Analyze data from experiments of moderate complexity and interpret results.
• Present findings clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
