Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with asphalt paving and/or asphalt mixtures.
• Strong experimental design and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
