Job summary

Revaya, a Los Angeles–based apparel importer, wholesaler, and manufacturer, seeks a Senior Pattern Maker to lead pattern development and ensure production readiness from concept to bulk. You will manage fit, grading, and technical samples, working across in-house and Vietnam-based CMT factories.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of pattern-making expertise, strong Tukatech skills, and a deep understanding of fabric behavior and production tolerances.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional apparel pattern-making experience.
• Strong, hands-on proficiency in Tukatech / TUKAcad including digital pattern creation, revisions, and grading.
• Experience taking garments from initial development through PP approval and TOP.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and finalize digital patterns in Tukatech / TUKAcad from sketches and specs.
• Lead technical sample development and guide cutting, sewing, and construction of prototypes.
• Evaluate fit samples for balance, drape, mobility, proportions and accuracy.
• Translate feedback into precise pattern corrections and actionable comments.
• Review patterns from overseas factories for discrepancies and ensure pattern version control.
• Maintain records of patterns, sample versions, and comments across development stages.
