EVERSANA is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage onboarding of new patients, populate profiles, and enter prescription details. The Sr. Patient Service Coordinator also serves as a resource for physicians and their staff while initiating patient therapy.
Responsibilities include coordinating with nursing teams, verifying patient information, and assisting with benefits and scheduling services in a professional office environment. Strong communication and HIPAA compliance are essential.

This largely sedentary role requires standing or sitting for long periods (up to 90%). The employee frequently talks or hears, types, and engages in repetitive motion, reach and grasp; occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. The employee may stoop, crouch, push, pull, or kneel. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
The role requires mental alertness and regular verbal and written communication. The employee must concentrate on tasks, remember and observe details, adjust to changes, handle stress and emotions, and think analytically. The job is performed in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels, frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
