Job summary

Providence Regional Medical Center Everett is seeking a patient safety professional to coordinate risk assessment, collect data, and intervene to prevent safety concerns within the Puget Sound Physician Clinical Network.

The role leads multidisciplinary investigations to determine improvements that reduce patient harm and enhance care quality across our network. Preference for advanced nursing leadership and certifications in healthcare quality or infection prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or WA RN license upon hire.
• 3 years direct patient care experience as RN.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• 5 years related safety/regulatory experience with 2 years in healthcare.
• CPHQ or Infection Prevention certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, collect, disseminate, and intervene to prevent safety concerns.
• Lead patient safety investigations with a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify process improvements to enhance patient safety and reduce harm.
