Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Patient Safety & Quality Consultant Sr. to partner with VCUHS executives and care teams. You will lead data-driven improvement initiatives, coach teams, and drive change management to sustain high reliability across care sites.

You will mentor staff, facilitate cross‑functional projects, and ensure use of data analytics to inform decisions. This position requires a master's degree in healthcare or related field and Virginia licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in healthcare field or related; or currently enrolled in a master's program.
• Current Virginia license if applicable (RN, Pharmacist, NP, RD or similar).
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in Patient Safety/Quality & Process Improvement/Project Management.
• Experience leading change initiatives in a large, complex health care delivery system.
• Proficient with MS Office; MS Project; Visio; data collection tools and facilitation skills.
