In this role, you will monitor RTT targets, maintain accurate patient records and contribute to efficient clinic operations, while supporting service improvements and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support to the Urology team.
• Coordinate appointments, investigations, results, and patient pathways.
• Monitor cancer and RTT targets, escalating delays or capacity concerns.
• Act as a key contact for patients, carers, clinicians, GPs, and other services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical correspondence.
• Support efficient clinic operations and assist with training and service improvement.
