Hornet Staffing, Inc., a GEE Group company, is seeking a Senior Patient Financial Representative for our onsite Irving, TX location. The role supports the Revenue Cycle team through account resolution and accurate medical billing practices for client patient accounts.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with no nights or weekends. This position emphasizes timely, ethical service and collaboration with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Meets Client Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Ensures PFS department quality and productivity standards; collects and provides patient and payor information to facilitate account resolution.
• Responds to all account inquiries via written, verbal, or electronic correspondence.
