Responsibilities

• Perform Revenue Cycle duties to meet performance metrics.
• Handle payer information for account resolution.
• Respond to inquiries via written, verbal, or electronic methods.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines and CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding.
• Document in host system per policy; communicate with Leadership about trends.

Education
