Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 7 years supervisory/management experience required.
• 8–12 years of technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Patient Financial Services Managers and Associates.
• Implement World Class Revenue Cycle standards and SOPs.
• Drive Revenue Cycle goals: 93% 120 days net to cash and 8% adjustment rate for 30–120 days.
• Collaborate with Directors of HIM, Patient Access, & Shared Services to enhance processes.
• Monitor metrics and initiate corrective actions and kaizen events.
