• CAC certification within 6–12 months.
• Minimum two years’ experience in hospital/clinic environment or related financial services.
• Experience in financial counseling, financial clearance and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Capture patient liabilities and provide financial counseling.
• Assist in seeking and applying for Charity Care or other funding programs.
• Review and establish payment options prior-to-service, at time-of-service, and post-service.
• Coordinate benefit authorization and management with compliance and customer service.
• Maintain accurate data in patient records and support continuous improvement.
