Job summary

WebMD Ignite seeks a Content Strategist to shape the strategic vision for patient education assets across multiple products and solutions. You will ensure content is engaging, discoverable, and optimized for consumer journeys while integrating into clinical workflows.

You will lead AI-enabled content orchestration, governance, and metadata management to drive efficiency and scale in a rapidly evolving health IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public health, health education, or related field.
• 5+ years in content strategy or patient education, healthcare or HealthIT experience.
• Familiarity with patient education, health literacy, and editorial governance.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic vision for patient education assets across products and platforms.
• Ensure content is engaging, discoverable, and integrated into clinical workflows.
• Lead AI-enabled content orchestration, governance, and automated asset mapping.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, and editorial teams to ensure modular, digital-first content.
• Work on interoperability (FHIR-ready) and AI-driven content recommendations.
