Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience as a PCA/PCT/NA/LPN or similar preferred.
• 1 year in an acute or long-term care facility OR progress in nursing program.
• Basic computer skills and data entry into EMR.
• CPR certification and clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and document treatments.
• Support RN in care of acutely ill patients.
• Document vitals, I&O, and care activities accurately.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers on the unit.
• Participate in safety initiatives and unit housekeeping.
