Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Patient Services Specialist to support our Heart & Vascular team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will provide key front-office support, coordinate complex patient scheduling, and ensure a seamless experience for patients throughout their care journey.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of medical office experience or 2 years in the same role at Providence. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $25.73 - $39.36 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3 years of medical office or related healthcare experience, or 2 years as a Providence employee in a PSS position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource for patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and guide patients throughout their care journey.
• Provide compassionate and seamless patient experience from start to finish.
• Resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Orient, train and mentor new caregivers.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and workflow improvements.
