Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years relevant work experience or
• Associates degree plus at least 3 years relevant experience or
• HS/GED with 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OR scheduling and front end customer service.
• Handle patient registration and insurance verification.
• Schedule appointments and manage charge entry.
• Administrative duties including forms, phones, filing, and correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and balance multiple priorities using strong computer skills.
