Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of patent litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage cases and drive litigation strategy.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience taking depositions and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex patent infringement disputes in state/federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, briefs, claim construction materials, and other substantive legal documentation.
• Conduct legal and technical research and develop case strategies relating to infringement, validity, enforceability, and damages.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document review and production, depositions, expert discovery, and coordination of technical experts.
• Assist with Markman hearings, inter partes review proceedings, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, inventors, experts, and litigation teams to analyze complex technologies and advance practical, business-focused solutions.
