Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active US state bar membership.
• USPTO registration to practice patent law in the US.
• 8+ years in life sciences patent litigation or contested matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead patent strategy, portfolio development and litigation readiness.
• Manage global portfolios and oversee USPTO filings and prosecution.
• Lead patent disputes, biosimilar disputes and related challenges.
• Partner with global project teams to translate science into IP strategy.
• Direct external counsel and coordinate matter management and budgets.
