Job summary

Phlow Corp. is seeking a Senior Scientist, PAT to develop Process Analytical Technology methods and off-line analytical development/validation for APIs, including continuous and flow processes.

You will collect data, build chemometric models, and integrate PAT at bench-scale, with 60–80% bench work, collaborating across science teams. You will support process development and manufacturing activities for APIs, work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot test methods, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in chemistry, pharmaceutics, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in analytical method development, validation, and FDA-regulated API/drug product development.
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Broad analytical chemistry expertise including spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, KF, LOD, DSC, TGA, NMR, UV, LC-MS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate PAT methods and at-line / in-line models for API processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and external partners to troubleshoot workflows.
• Lead or assist in technology transfer and lab operations improvements.
• Write final reports and prepare presentations on project progress.
• Mentor lab staff and share technical expertise.

Education

Advanced degree in chemistry, pharmaceutics, or related field
