Qualifications

• Experience leading pastry teams in a high-volume resort kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dessert and bakery items from purchasing to presentation.
• Design dessert menus and specialty cakes, including wedding cakes.
• Train and manage Bakers, Pastry Cooks, and Apprentices; schedule and labor management.
• Monitor sanitation and safety standards to protect guests and staff.
