You will lead and train pastry staff, uphold food safety, and collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to maintain quality and efficiency across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily pastry production per DO & CO standards.
• Monitor wastage and complete tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate diverse baking techniques from prep to decoration.
• Review menu specs and ensure pastry team follows guidelines.
• Maintain food costs and train/mentor pastry team, reporting to chefs.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
