Responsibilities

• Preach 40-45 weeks a year and oversee preaching elders.
• Oversee spiritual leadership development through ministries for growth and accountability.
• Lead church shepherding, pastoral care, weddings, funerals, and counseling.
• Develop and implement a 3–5 year church vision and strategic plan.
• Oversee worship services and budgeting with deacons.
